REŞADİYE VİLLALARI

Eşadiye Villas is a small residential complex located in Çekmeköy, consisting of 12 houses in total. It comprises of two different types, Type A with a size of 435 sqm and Type B with a size of 501 sqm.

This project consists of two types of villas designed to be lived in all year round, despite being far away from the city center. The complex is set against a backdrop of forests and features eight Type B villas and three Type A villas, each with a swimming pool and social facilities.

The final design aims to blend in with the natural surroundings and create a dynamic and colorful space. The Type A villa has a composition consisting of half-floors. One half-floor up from the entrance level leads to the master bedroom, while another half-floor up leads to the children’s bedrooms. Three steps down from the entrance hall leads to the living room, which is connected to the main salon by another flight of stairs. A separate staircase from the entrance hall leads to a small glass-covered inner courtyard, followed by the kitchen and service areas after descending another half-floor. This design has been well-received by investors due to its dynamic and scenic interior, but it could only be applied to three villas due to its greater floor area.
