Acarkent, established within a private forest area by Saip Molla, has an area of 2,291,200 square meters. Acarkent, which has the distinction of being Turkey’s largest project on a single parcel, is predominantly designed as villas. Sales have started at AcarBlu Residence, which brings residence life to Acarkent. The project, consisting of a 117-meter twin tower, attracts attention with its unique location between the Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Yavuz Sultan Selim bridges. Acar Blu was designed with the desires of Acarkent residents in mind, and an interior-to-exterior design was carried out. Rather than a classic residence concept, spacious and high-quality terraces were designed in the apartments. The design of Acarblu was made in accordance with green building criteria. The blocks in Acarblu have a different view from every direction. There are options for views of the Bosphorus, Marmara Sea, Black Sea, and forest. AcarBlu Residence offers 10,000 square meters of green space, a 500-meter-long walking track with weighing scales, a 245-square-meter children’s playground, 24-hour doctor-ambulance service, and all the social and commercial opportunities of Acarkent, which is already a living site.
The Acarkent project is one of Turkey’s most exclusive projects. The project targets the A+ audience, and famous names such as Emre Altuğ, Çağla Şikel, Kenan Doğulu, Rüştü Reçber, and Behzat Uygur are among the Acarkent residents we know.
