Dubai: Top global influencer buys luxury real estate for Dh20 million

French influencer and founder of personal care brand Nabilla Beauty, Nabilla Leona Benattia-Vergara, has joined the growing list of global celebrities investing in Dubai’s luxury real estate segment. Vergara recently purchased a penthouse worth €5 million (over Dh20 million) in Damac Bay by Cavalli through ON Real Estate CEO, Omar Naguib. This purchase is part of a bigger trend of celebrities investing in Dubai’s luxury real estate segment, which is predicted to grow over 10% in 2023, according to reliable studies. The growing desirability of branded residences such as Damac Bay by Cavalli is attributed to Dubai’s growing stature as an investment safe haven, with geopolitical stability, financial security, and sociocultural allure attracting high-net-worth individuals and celebrities to invest in the city.

Located in Dubai Harbour between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island, Damac Bay by Cavalli represents a prime example of luxury real estate. Multilingual advisory, exclusive access, and seamless transactions and documentation processes continue to influence purchase decisions in Dubai’s luxury real estate segment, said Naguib. Vergara, who previously purchased a luxury property in Al Barari, noted that Dubai has strategically positioned itself in the global economy, encouraging people from different cultures, ethnicities, and professions to consider the city for their long-term aspirations and residency. She added that Dubai has contributed immensely to her business prospects and lifestyle, making buying a property in the city a pragmatic decision for the well-being of her family.
